The hotel is located in a perfect spot, within walking distance to Great Portland Street station and Regent Street, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The service had its downsides with delays and unexpected room entries. The dining options were very basic with limited choices and not very satisfying. However, the location makes it easy to reach various attractions in London, though some noise from tube trains may be heard. Facilities are basic, and price or value for money is not the best.
